The product was fine, but the shipping still felt wasteful to me. There was more packaging than seemed necessary, and it’s hard not to think about the environmental impact. I feel like companies have a responsibility to do better with this stuff, especially when there are more sustainable options out there

I ordered my usual size after checking the size info, but it still fit much smaller than I expected. It looked nice in person, so that made it even more frustrating because I couldn’t really wear it comfortably. I reached out for help too, but the replies felt kind of copy-pasted and didn’t really address the sizing issue. Maybe it depends on the brand, but for me the sizing just didn’t feel accurate.

I tried using Hurr to rent a dress for a wedding, it wasn’t the best experience for me. There seemed to be loads of nice options when I was filtering, but once I actually clicked into them, the size I needed or the dates I wanted weren’t available. After a while it just felt like browsing a shop where half the shelves are empty. I can see how it might work better if you’re super organised and booking months ahead, but for more normal last-minute-ish plans, I found it frustrating. I ended up wasting time and just found something elsewhere.

The biggest problem for me was the communication. They kept saying they’d keep me updated, but then I’d be left waiting with no clear answers. When I did get replies, they felt rushed and didn’t really explain anything. I had to ask the same questions more than once, which got old quickly. Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me it was confusing, stressful, and not something I’d want to deal with again.

I really like the idea of Hurr, but my delivery experience wasn’t great. The date got moved twice, and I ended up having to chase for updates, which was frustrating because I needed the item for a specific day. It did arrive eventually, but by then it was too late to actually use. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I’m not sure I’d risk it again unless the delivery side is more reliable.

I had a small issue with my rental return, it did take a little longer than I expected to hear back. Once the team picked it up though, they were really helpful and sorted everything out in a fair way. It wasn’t perfect, but I’d still use Hurr again

I rented a dress from Hurr Collective i was really pleased with the condition it arrived in. It was super clean, no odd smell or little marks, and the packaging was neat too, which made it feel well cared for. I’m giving 4 stars because the delivery came a bit later than I was hoping, though to be fair it wasn’t a huge issue in the end. The dress itself felt fresh and lovely, and I’d definitely use them again.

I liked some parts of it, but the fee situation bothered me. It wasn’t super clear before I started using it, and then when the charges showed up I was like, wait, where did that come from? Maybe I missed something, but it felt a little hidden or sneaky. I’d just rather see everything laid out upfront, even if the fee is annoying, because at least then I know what I’m getting into.

I really wanted to like Hurr because the concept is great, but my experience wasn’t the best. The item came back late and not in the same condition, which was frustrating on its own. Trying to get it sorted also felt slow, and the email replies sounded like robots answering rather than someone actually helping. I still think the site has potential, but borrower reliability feels really hit or miss. I’m not sure I’d use it again anytime soon
